M.: “Do you remember those cups with the strings attached to walk on?”

Me: “Yeah, those cups from ‘Romper Room’.”

M.: “‘Romper Stompers’.”

Me: “I desperately wanted some.”

M.: “I couldn’t ride them.”

Me.: [glare]

M.: “You desperately wanted some??  You desperately wanted some?!?”

Me: “Shut up.”
